Advancing Student Persistence: Research, Vision, and Publications

My vision is straightforward: to build academic environments where international students don’t just enrol,  they graduate, integrate, and thrive. Through my doctoral research at the University of Windsor, I look closely at the systemic and personal factors that actually drive international student persistence.By paying attention to what international students actually deal with, we can stop guessing and build programs that genuinely help them succeed from their first day of class to their first day on the job.
